Groov Audio warrants that Groov products will be free from defects in original materials and workmanship and that they will perform substantially in accordance with published specifications only when the products were purchased from and installed by an authorized Groov Installer or Dealer and only for the time duration described below.

• Five (5) years from date of installation by an authorized Groov Installer or Dealer for the following Groov products or components:

The Groov product warranty does not cover and specifically excludes any and all product failure or damage that is caused by the use of incorrect power, unstable power or power surges, by intentional or accidental damage, and by any alterations or service attempts by persons other than authorized Groov Installers, Dealers or Technicians.

This Groov product warranty is only valid on purchases of Groov products made from and installed by authorized Groov Installers and Dealers. This Groov product warranty is non-transferable.
